Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer at Pitupi.se or Pitupi.de. You are instructed to read these Terms of Conditions before placing any orders. By approving an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Conditions. Pitupi reserves the right to update these terms and conditions in the future.

Display

Note that photos can differ slightly from the final product. Differences may occur in construction and color. Color appearances differ from screen to screen and Pitupi can therefore not provide an exact color reference. Articles made from fabric from different fabric rolls can differ in color nuance because of the standard differences that occur during the organic dying process.

Pricing

Prices include a 25% VAT. The amount shown in the basket before shipping is added is the final sales price. No additional fees will be added to the final sales price and no customs fees will be incurred by EU customers. Customers residing outside of the EU are responsible for paying customs fees upon receiving their order.

Payment

During the pre-order phase, we offer the following payment options:

Returns

You have the right to cancel garment purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with all Pitupi labels and tags intact. The shipping cost for the return is paid by the customer. If you ordered garments that were customized to your preference, the right to cancel or reject your purchases can be refused by Pitupi AB. Contact us at customersupport[at]pitupi.de to discuss the right to cancel a customized order.

In case you find that an item delivered by us to you is defective you should contact Customer Service (customersupport[at]pitupi.de) as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to get a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund. The same applies in case you identify that a product has been damaged during transportation or you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g. that the number of items or the product category is not in line with your order. As soon as we have received the returned items, and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, we will refund your payment.

Delivery

Pitupi AB aims to deliver your items as quickly as possible while maintaining a slow fashion business model, in which worker’s rights and garment quality are prioritized. Production of your garment(s) will begin as soon as the order has been placed. Orders will ship from Albania and arrive at your EU postal address within 20 business days. For estimated delivery times outside of the EU, contact [email protected] You are asked to inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any deviations or errors immediately to customer service. In case you fail to collect your products upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost for return freight and administration. For packages that are not collected at the post office within 14 days, we reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies‘ administrative costs. Pitupi cannot be held responsible for losses, inconveniences, costs or other damages resulting from late deliveries caused by a third party or by force majeure.
Legal disputes
Potential legal disputes will be solved either through the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden or through the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
